Help with calculations, settings, and calculation history.

Before contacting support

Check that the measurement uses a supported format, such as 5' 3-7/8", 63.875, 1620mm, or 1.62m. ShopMath shows an error when dimensions cannot be combined or an input is incomplete.

Calculation history

History is stored locally in ShopMath. Open History from the calculator screen to recall or delete entries. Deleting the app removes its active on-device history and settings; an iCloud or computer backup may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
